These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website Invested and AI trading platform (collectively, the "Service") operated by Invested Inc. ("Invested", "we", "us", or "our"). Using the Service means you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.InvestedInvested offers AI-driven market analyses, trading alerts, and optional automated orders via linked broker accounts solely for informational and analytical use.
1. Eligibility Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this age and have legal authority to agree to these Terms. Service is not available where restricted by law.
2. Account Registration
To use all features, you must create an account with accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all related activity. Report any unauthorized access to immediately.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities.
3. Service Description and Limitations
Invested We do not hold or control your funds; all assets remain with your chosen broker or exchange.
- Invested Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI signals are informational only. Please consult a professional advisor before making investment decisions.
- We connect to your broker via API keys with read and trade permissions only; these keys do not enable fund withdrawals.
- Past performance of strategies or signals does not guarantee future results.
- Trading involves risks including possible loss of your Invested capital.
4. No Investment Advice
Invested is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Invested All software, algorithms, trademarks, and content are owned exclusively by Invested or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted to users; trademarks may not be used without permission. Invested THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
5. Fees and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are detailed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. Taxes are your responsibility. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Refunds may be granted within 14 days of the first payment for new users at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service illegally or against regulations.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the platform.
- Employ automated tools to scrape or extract data.
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.
- Interfere with the Service’s performance or integrity.
- Engage in market manipulation or prohibited financial behaviour.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Invested TO THE FULL EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Invested IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID TO Invested IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invested. Invested THE SERVICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE TO BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Invested WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM SERVICE USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH RISKS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID TO Invested IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Invested including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, against any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your Service use, breach of Terms, or third-party rights infringement.
11. Account Termination
You may close your account anytime via your settings or by contacting . We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations. Upon termination, your usage rights end and we may delete your data following our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by New York State law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Damrak 1, 1012 LG Amsterdam, Nederland under the American Arbitration Association’s rules. EU or UK users may also seek remedies through local courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time, providing 14 days’ notice for significant changes via email or platform notices. Continued use indicates acceptance.
